Reason for this change

From lambda functions as targets:

We recommend that you use the aws:SourceAccount and aws:SourceArn condition keys to restrict function invocation to the specified target group. For more information, see The confused deputy problem in the IAM User Guide,

Description of changes

Add sourceArn to invoke permission. Probably someone has a good idea to attach the accountId to the sourceAccount also?

The integration test will fail and I'm not able to run them locally.

Description of how you validated changes

I check that the sourceArn is in the permission.

I did not add additional integ test, but they should fail because the snapshot should change. Can someone please fix the snapshot?
