Thought I'd take a stab at this, since I've been using this theme for a while now. And it's so easy to do theming with some of the improvements the VS Code team has made to the process lately. Feel free to change things...all the decisions were completely subjective 👍.

I was having trouble getting list items to work on just the numbers and bullets. Right now it only changes the first item in the list.
