Structure code and bug fix (#15)

* Cleanup code. Exhaust readings before exiting when program receives Keyboard Interrupt.

* Added tool to calculate average values from a series of measurement files and organize them into a csv file.

* Replace configparser with argparser. Further restructuring.

* Removed extra print.
