* switches to using NODE_V8_COVERAGE rather than inspector directly * dropped subprocess support for the time being, while we march towards an initial implementation.

Using
>rather than>=breaks upstream reports with TypeScript source maps, I believe we might need to add some safety checks in the reporters before landing this behavior.
