Describe the bug
According to the Fluent specification and testing in Windows 11, the ProgressRing Widget (in undetermined mode) should run in the opposite direction.

Versions:

  • Windows: 21H1 19043.1288
  • Flutter: 2.5.2
  • fluent_ui: ^3.3.0
