Template modifications to add a unit test to the iOS Xcode project.
Adds a single XCTest that tries to run a test suite contained in
tests/run_tests.py.testsandtest_packageswill be included in the PYTHONPATH for the duration of the test run, and the working directory will be set totests. The XCTest passes/fails based on the success/failure of the entire Python test suite.Refs beeware/briefcase#949.
