Placing your first spawn

Although Overmind is fully automated, it has no way to automatically place your very first spawn, since Screeps only allows for manual placement. It is important to choose a room with sufficient space and to place the initial spawn in a valid location, or some base functionalities won't work as intended.

For your very first room, the spawn you place corresponds to the rightmost spawn in the bunker design, as shown in the image below. You need to allocate 2, 6, 10, and 6 tiles beyond the spawn in the right, top, left, and bottom directions, respectively. The total footprint of the bunker design is 13x13, although 4x4 triangles in the corners may be truncated without issue.
