[dashboard] Scheduled tasks are shown "backwards"

It shows tasks that are scheduled in 3 hours before tasks that are scheduled in 1 minute. That makes the tab much less useful... I can't see the next upcoming tasks, only the things that are in the far future. I have to "Older Job" multiple times to get to something useful.

That makese sense to me. Would you want to try to update it?

I think it could get a little hairy with the keyset pagination, but I don't think it would be too bad 😄 I'm happy to do it to because I've noticed the same problem.
