This PR just add a label to the Kafka custom resource defining the Strimzi operator version.
It's a first step to decide which version of Strimzi operator (if many on the Kubernetes cluster) has to handle a specific Kafka custom resource via the custom resource selector feature (https://strimzi.io/docs/operators/latest/using.html#ref-operator-cluster-str).
