Hi @shengbokw, thank you for your first submission. Error details are provided here : https://github.com/bigbio/proteomics-metadata-standard/pull/556/checks?check_run_id=2836134855. The three column should be placed before the assay name as the sample attribute. And the BMI( body mass index) should be a sample property. It should be placed before the assay name and represented by characteristic . |

this is my first time uploading a sdrf format file for the Metaproteomics dataset, please let me know if there is anything that I am wrong with.
