里面的2.1-2.15共15接口都有支持
同城配送需要开启API加密和签名，在BaseWxMaServiceImpl增加了 postWithSignature方法，来加密数据和签名并解密响应。
小程序开启加密签名后，有些接口可选走加密签名路径，这些整理在BaseWxMaServiceImpl.urlPathSupportApiSignature数组中，这些调用post后，如果已经配置加密用密钥，会自动走加密路径。
开放平台也增加了加密签名的设置
