Hi! Thanks for your time, and sorry for the late response.
Can we change this to --output json, to be consistent with a few other tools?
Also i noticed, this new flag is not registered in kaf topics, and only works in kaf topic ls.

no worries. That is true it's only registered in kaf topic ls. i can take a look at changing that and adding the flags to both command groups
