WHIP Publishing from OBS not working in 1.11.1

Which operating system are you using?

Windows amd64 standard

Describe how to replicate the issue

1. start the server

2. publish with ... OBS using same stream URL as in 1.11.0 and previous
   http://localhost:8889/LiveApp/SomeGuy7734/whip

3. read with ... any web browser
   http://localhost:8889/LiveApp/SomeGuy7734/

if I open a second browser window at http://localhost:8889/LiveApp/SomeGuy7734/publish then it works as expected. It just looks like publishing from OBS is broken now.

Reverting back to 1.11.0 works as expected
