Summary

Rename terraspace cloud to terraspace tfc. Also, a few notable improvements.

  • improve stdout handling: terraspace show demo --json | jq works
  • improve error handling
  • tfc runs: improve not found error and pagination list
  • rename cloud to tfc command
  • add terraspace state command. initial version related Remove from and add to state #45

Full regression test.
