Issue Creating Rules

An Issue must have a descriptive but short title.
An Issue must have a "priority" label and at least one "type" label.
Please do not forget to assign issue to appropriate members.
If the created issue is labeled with "priority : high" please state the deadline in the title with the following format: "This is a short and descriptive title. [Sunday, 18 Feb, 19.08]". If the issue is not a high priority one, adding deadline is optional.
