For this milestone, we will set up the project repository and organize our development process. We will conduct research on best practices for project management. We will also meet with the product owner to discuss and document project requirements. Based on the requirements, we will create high-level mock-ups for the platform, and develop UML diagrams for classes, use cases, and sequences. Additionally, we will create a RAM to track completed tasks, and develop a project plan and communication plan.
