Set adblock files save location to Application Support folder #1319

Similar to this #195

In preparation to support files download, all system files should be moved out from documents directory.

- Adblock files are moved to 'Application Support' folder
- `Downloads` folder is removed, it was used by Firefox, we will place
downloaded files directly into documents directory.
