Description:

Side padding for address bar is not symmetrical

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Brave browser
  2. Check side padding for address bar

Actual result:
IMG_4675

Expected result:
Side padding is symmetrical.

Reproduces how often: [Easily reproduced, Intermittent Issue]

Brave Version:
Version 1.31 (23)

iPhone 11, iOS15
