Description:

Usage pings reporting week of installation as Sunday instead of Monday

Introduced with #5398

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Install and launch Release build
  2. Monitor usage reports (reach out to N. Porter or Analytics team to provide usage reports)

Expected result:
Should be receiving Monday week of installations instead of Sunday

Actual result:
Reports showing Sunday week of installations

Brave Version:
Most likely 1.39 release(s) since this was first observed on June 6
