I found that my
jigvreports have been broken for a couple of days, becauseigv.jsdependency relies on this endpoint https://igv.org/genomes/genomes.json that is currently down. See here in current versionv2.8.5.This has been fixed since
v2.8.6, where a commit was made to try a backup urlThis PR is to upgrade
jigvto latest version, which fixes the issue with the report.
