Komponent v0.5

This version only contains the code for the "neutral1" and "accent1" palette line, I plan to work on the other lines though I'm still trying to see if the "accent3" line could be implemented, since due to limitations of the Kustom wallpaper color extraction engine, palettes consistent with those used by the Android Monet engine would be missing (In short, it is not necessary in this version to copy the folders that say "under development").
