- Add <banner-whats-new> to the page
- Move feedback module to inside opf .pageheader
- Kinda quick and dirty fix to avoid feedback to load on top of the
news banner. Strong candidate to refactor in a near future :)

Summary
Introduce a module where we can make short announcements of new features and bugf ixes shipped to te product.
