Notes of items for next release

REQUIRED:

• will include changes from next major release of cordova-sqlite-storage ref: Major release items storesafe/cordova-sqlite-storage#687
• fix needed to support cordova-android@7 ref: cordova-android@7 not supported, fix needed #72, Update to work with cordova-android@7.0.0 storesafe/cordova-sqlite-storage#729

UNDER CONSIDERATION:

• result rows with standard array & map access ref: Result rows with array & map access #71
• review build flags, should include HAVE_USLEEP=1 & NDEBUG=1 as in android-database-sqlcipher, also review default page/cache size
• evaluate if it would be possible to fetch sqlite3 dependencies from CocoaPods (iOS/macOS) & Gradle (Android)
• CSV virtual table (https://sqlite.org/csv.html) as requested for SQLCipher plugin version ref: Feature request: add CSV import sqlite plugin storesafe/cordova-sqlcipher-adapter#54
