Feature request: add CSV import sqlite plugin

I was wandering if it was possible to add the csv.c sqlite plugin as described here:
https://sqlite.org/csv.html

It would be a great way to ease importing data in some batch scenarios.

My apologies for the delay. CSV virtual table support described in https://sqlite.org/csv.html is tracked for future consideration in the next major release of cordova-sqlite-ext ref: brody4hire/cordova-sqlite-ext#73.
