Latest Improvements:

• 1080p Support: VCam now supports up to 1080p resolution. Users can control the maximum resolution from the “Camera Settings” icon (), next to the camera selection dropdown.
• Multiple Outputs: Use VCam in multiple clients at the same time – useful for content creators and bloggers.
• Enhanced AI Background Models: New and improved models improve the background removal effectiveness from 97.5% to 98.5%.
• UI Improvements: Several QoL changes to the UI, as part of our continued updates to the 4.0 overhaul.
• A number of general bug fixes and improvements to the overall VCam experience – we’ve rewritten the VCam driver to resolve a number of crashes and unexpected behavior.

Known Issues:

• On log out, VCam will keep sending the virtual camera feed to the application using it. Quit VCam to stop the feed.
• Using VCam in BlueJeans may initially show VCam feed as upside down. To resolve the issue, log in to your BlueJeans app, then restart BlueJeans
• Crashes may happen when running on systems with older Intel drivers.
  Workarounds: Run Intel driver updater from https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html
• On systems when the auto updater fails due to vendor locked driver, you may manually have to download and install the latest Intel driver

• Sometimes VCam is prevented from running due to a faulty OpenCL configuration. Workarounds: Follow steps here http://www.xsplit.com/vcam/troubleshooting/hardware-error [sic]
