There are three types of files in this repo. The Bash script preprocesses the data from LANL, while the R script normalizes the data and pushes it to a database. The HTML file is the presentation I gave at the conference that walks through the data engineering portion of the work, and then walks the attendees through the analytical portion of the talk.
