Rollback was disabled for pre-predicted entities like in AvianPhysics.
It wasn't noticed because I didn't have a unit test for it + the error message used the debug! log.
Add unit tests to make sure that PredictionHistory is added for PrePredicted and authority-change cases, and make sure that both cases are handled correctly.
