Escape Chars

Now it is possible to escape special LaTeX characters individually for each table.
The Settings sheet now has version control: if the Add-on detects an older version the Settings sheet will be backed up and a new one created. We apologize for any inconveniences but this is necessary in order to avoid worse outcomes.
