closes #2

This PR adds the following:

Modules:

  • hydropower
  • wind_pv
  • biofuels
  • demand_electricity
  • heat (not connected to anything)
  • transport_road (not connected to anything)

Rest:

  • removed unnecessary configuration
  • removed unnecessary scripts
  • moved templates to Calliope v0.7

Unfortunately I have not added the modulegraph yet because I am experiencing some trouble with ec_utils.
I'll add in a different PR once I solve that.
