Changes to enable use with webpack version of JBrowse. Remember that within the JBrowse (dev) area, after adding the plugin, you need to run either:
./setup.sh
or
node_modules/.bin/yarn build
The latter is far quicker, but you have to have run ./setup.sh previously.
