Updated wasmtime and other wasm-deps

This PR:

• Updates wasmtime and reuses an engine instance for wasm modules.
• Updates wasmrs-rust and leverages module caching.
• Adds a v1 token signature during the dependency updates to iterate without breaking existing modules.
• Adds a mem-profiler feature to the wick binary to help identify allocation hotspots.
