Versioning

OJTest versions have the following format:

v{MAJOR}.{MINOR}.{UPDATE}

The current version is v0.8.0. The major version is 0. The minor version is 8. The update is 0. The major and minor versions follow the Cappuccino release. The update is entirely independent. Since there seems to be a higher amount of churn in OJTest, we will likely move beyond Cappuccino updates. We will probably hit double digits in the update field. Hopefully this isn't too confusing!
