Seems like excellent coverage of: progress so far, pending efforts (including which ones need more support), and next steps. I am very much in favour of this... can find nothing wrong with the problem statement now, particularly since implementation details will be left to the related CIPs.

confirming in advance of meeting... I think this is as complete as any CPS could be on the subject at this time & would trust @Crypto2099 to make prompt revisions when new features are added in the URL space.
