Positional parameters are now read when needed in every relevant functions, instead of being stored as global variables. By the way, some wrong conditions have been fixed, and this fixes cedricziel#30.
'check_exists' and 'check_install_app' are now called from 'check_app'
HOSTNAME_TO_ADD_APP => HOSTNAME_TO_ADD_FOR_APP
Variables are defined at function scope when relevant.
