Please read the previous release notes if upgrading from a version of PMSEncoder < 1.5.0.
Version 1.6.0 removes the need to edit PMS.conf in order to install PMSEncoder. It can now be installed simply by dropping the jar file in the plugins directory and uninstalled by removing it.
