We did not set the cgroup_rate_map properly for test, so tests might occasionally fail if first recorded cgroup wasn't test cgroup. Signed-off-by: Jiri Olsa <jolsa@kernel.org>

We have the hierarchy in sysfs tree, so we don't nede the 'enforcer' prefix for kprobe program.
