Menstrual Leave Policy

This is CIS's policy on menstrual leaves.

1. Employees can avail of leaves on account of menstruation.
2. The employee can choose to either inform their supervisor of the leave and/ or mark it on the staff calendar.
3. This will not affect the availment of other leaves (such as sick leaves, national holidays and paid leaves) set out in this section.
