He also earned a master's in Project Management at the Central American Technological University. With over 13 years of experience, Saddy has worked in various governmental institutions and NGOs, including multilateral organizations. Recently, he worked in Honduras as a professor at the National University of Agriculture and as the Head of the Forest and Climate Change Department at the national level in the National Forest Conservation Institute. This experience allowed him to participate as part of the Honduran delegation in different Conferences of Parties of the United Nations worldwide."
