Roles: Folder Permissions

Create a role without folder permissions and add this role to a user. This user has still permissions to create a folder.

Expected
This user shouldn't be able to create/modify folders.

Actual
This user has still permissions to create a folder.

Info:

• OS: docker
• Browser Firefox
• Database SQLite
• Papermerge Version 2.0rc38

With rc41 i don't have permissions to create new folder. But i looks like i have still all other folder permissions like delete etc.

All other folder permissions - change, delete and view.

Same for me in 2.0.0rc48: User-Role "Can delete Folder" and "Can delete Document" not activated, but the User can delete folder and documents. thanks :)
