Main changes

  1. Upgraded protocol smart contracts in Testnet.
  2. Prepared protocol smart contracts upgrade in Mainnet.
  3. Updated .openzeppelin network files accordingly.
  4. Minor fixes in smart contract tests.

Changes included

  1. build: deploy liquidity pools 2, 3 and credit line 3 #39
  2. feat: lending market improvements #40
  3. feat: introduce the external addon treasury #41
