BTW, I upgraded the xsec_auto_scripts to python3, this is orthogonal to the XSDB client running. @menglu21 |

Bug reason:
The online server upgraded npm version so the previous xsecdb client scripts came across version conflicts in the dependencies.
My fix:
run.sh: I add--legacy-peer-depsoption in npm package installation.app.py: The new environment version needsapp.pyas a starter so I created it.
