Hi, I am the maintainer of Cubefs. Did I miss something, I uploaded the url cubefs/cubefs#3662 to the gsoc website. But it seems that a pull request is needed here. I sent an email to gsoc-support@google.com on the 7th, from the address changliang@oppo.com, to clarify this confusion, but I haven't received a response yet.

Hi @leonrayang, do you mean you applied as your own org?
This is for joining the CNCF org at GSoC. We're happy for projects to apply on their own, but this isn't that.

Thanks for your repsonse

CubeFS summerofcode org link: https://summerofcode.withgoogle.com/organizations/cubefs/profile,
and I submitted the apply at website of summerofcode for being as a org and releasing the ideas

I still a little bit confused about the different of ' applied as your own org' and ' joining the CNCF org at GSoC', and just want to make sure our apply is qulified with the reqirement of summerofcode,

The link you provided does'nt load for me, but it looks like you've applied as your own organization, which is OK, several CNCF Projects participate in GSoC that way.

We as the CNCF also apply as an organization, which reduces some of the administration overhead for the projects.

Since you've already applied on your own, you don't need to add anything here in this repo, this is for the projects who want to participate in GSoC with the CNCF org. You'll get a notification from Google if your individual application was accepted (i think this announcement is on Feb 27)
