Problem
When you click on blocks in Read-Only mode, the current block does not update
Cause
We were adding "mousedown" and "touchstart" events (which update current block) only in non-Read-Only mode. However, since we recently allowed developers to create Inline Tools that work in Read-Only mode (#2832), it is now appropriate to update the current block in Read-Only mode as well.
Solution
The “mousedown” and “touchstart” events are now also bound in Read-Only mode.
