CoLoMoTo helper functions for Jupyter integration

Provides helper functions for integration in the CoLoMoTo Jupyter notebook. It currently provides:

• injection of menus and toolbars
• interactive file upload
• formatter for networkx graphs

In addition, it provides simple python interfaces for the following tools:

• CellCollective (model repository and knowledge base) - http://cellcollective.org
• ITS-Tools (model checker) - https://lip6.github.io/ITSTools-web/
• NuSMV (model checker) - http://nusmv.fbk.eu/

Installation

With conda

conda install -c colomoto colomoto_jupyter

With pip

pip install colomoto_jupyter
python -m nusmv_setup
python -m itstools_setup
