This commit pins gitdb2 to 3.0.0 since it appears that version 3.0.2
has some braking changes.

Checklist

  • Used a fork of the feedstock to propose changes
  • Bumped the build number (if the version is unchanged)
  • Reset the build number to 0 (if the version changed)

This commit pins gitdb2 to 3.0.0 since it appears that version 3.0.2
