Add awk

This PR adds awk. This is the version developed by Brian Kernighan, one of the original designers of awk, and that is used in the "The AWK Programming Language" book.

Since gawk delivers a symlink awk, consider including a run constraint to exclude co-installation and preempt clobbering.
