This adds versions extracted from conda list <dependency> for usher, ucsc-fatovcf, gofasta and minimap2 to the output of pangolin --all-versions so it now looks like this (plus pangolin-assignment version if assignment cache has been added):

pangolin: 4.0.6
pangolin-data: 1.6
constellations: v0.1.8
scorpio: 0.3.17
usher: 0.5.4
ucsc-fatovcf: 426
gofasta: 1.0.0
minimap2: 2.24

@aineniamh are the installed versions of any of these packages listed in setup.py worth reporting as well?

      install_requires=[
            "biopython>=1.70",
            'pandas>=1.0.1',
            "wheel>=0.34",
            'joblib>=0.11',
            'scikit-learn>=0.23.1',
            "PuLP>=2"
        ],

From git blame setup.py it looks like none of those have changed since June 2021 so probably not?

Thanks for this Angie! I don't think that they'd make a difference, and wouldn't need to be updated regularly.
