Error when upgrading to latest Craft 3.0.25

Description

I just upgraded from craft 3.0.7 to craft 3.0.25. After running the DB upgrade, the admin panel won't show, but gives an error

Declaration of craft\queue\Queue::handleError($id, $job, $ttr, $attempt, $error) should be compatible with yii\queue\Queue::handleError(yii\queue\ExecEvent $event)

At line 27:

1. in craft/vendor/craftcms/cms/src/queue/Queue.php

Steps to reproduce

1. Update Craft
2. Visit admin

I deleted all caches, then deleted the vendor/ dir and reinstalled (via composer), but this error is still showing, preventing me from seeing the admin panel :(

Fixed with the release of Craft CMS 3.0.26.1
