CreateAgentFromDescription predefined step optional parameters #112

The predefined step CreateAgentFromDescription accepts 4 parameters where 2 among them are optional. However, the actual implementation accepts exactly 3 parameters (see the if check at the begining of runActivityLogic method here https://github.com/cristal-ise/kernel/blob/master/src/main/java/org/cristalise/kernel/lifecycle/instance/predefined/CreateAgentFromDescription.java#L70).
