This PR updates the validation rules for datetime properties to conform to the ISO 8601 standard.
Specifically, the
datePublishedproperty of the root data entity accepts any value that complies with the standard, while day-level precision is RECOMMENDED, as indicated by the specs.[fix issue #26]
